Class Content
What you will learn
All classes are taught with strong emphasis on nurturing the well-being of every participant through respecting everyone's individual needs, desires and abilities. The invitation for each class is to engage with ourselves in a meaningful, compassionate way in whatever we are practicing at anytime.
Each class, independent of the level of experience, includes in some form practices such as the following:
Breathing (Pranayama)
Learn how to breathe correctly and more efficiently, using the breath for calming, energizing or concentrating of mind and body.
Postures (Asanas)
Physical practices that will engage the whole body either through loosening, mobilising, stretching and strengthening.
Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)
You will have a dedicated time at the end of each class and sometimes also at the beginning to calm the mind and nourish the soul.
Meditation / Mindfulness
Engaging your mind with what you are doing and experience while practicing keeps your awareness in the present moment which focuses and calms the mind.
We all crave to reach our full potential and lead a happy and connected life. Yoga and mindfulness practices are ideal tools to help us on this path.
Each class has the potential to be a Mini- Retreat for body, mind and soul, recharging our inner batteries.
