Milltown- Nagle Rice Community Centre
Wednesday Starting 11th September
7.30pm - 8.45pm mixed level
Cost: €80 for 6 weeks or €17 drop in (if space available)
This class is best suited for anyone with some previous experience of yoga. During the term the practice with specific Postures and Sequences will be expanded and deepened. We will explore more specific Breathing practices that affect our nervous system as well as our minds. All classes finish either with a dedicated time for relaxation or a short Meditation Practice.

This gentle yoga class is best suited to anyone either completely new to yoga, has some physical challenges or would like more relaxation time. This class is slower moving between postures to giving more time for adjustments and variations. Extra time is dedicated for relaxation at the end of class. The art of correct breathing which forms an essential part of this class enhances the relaxation effect and benefits the healing and nourishing process.

Cost: €80 for 6 weeks or €17 drop in (if space available)
This class is best suitable for complete beginners as well as anyone with some previous experience of yoga. Throughout each term there will be introductions to most classical yoga postures and basic breathing practices. Each class finishes with a relaxation. Emphasis is on learning how to listen to the body, to explore what feels right and what is needed in any given moment. This fosters confidence needed to look after our own wellbeing.
Live Online Yoga Class

Tuesday Starting 10th September

Cost: €150 for 12 weeks / €15 drop in
This class will suit anyone who would like to practice from their own home or where no other class times suit right now. The level is mixed and suitable for beginners. All practices will be well explained and come with variations if necessary to adapt to everyone's needs and to keep the practice safe.
We are using Zoom for those classes and the link will be sent once signed up.
Each class is recorded. The recording will be sent to everyone after the class and is available for 6 days. It can be used as many times as wanted during that time.
4 Mindful Evenings Live Online + Recorded
Monday Starting 30th September
7.45pm - 8.45pm
Cost: €60 or €17 drop in
In those 4 weeks we will explore and practice different mindfulness practices.
Each class will have a specific theme that we explore and discuss in more detail.
These evenings are informative, practical and supportive and can be an important stepping stone to a lifelong practice.
Each participant will get handouts and access to Audio Recordings for their home use.
No previous experience is necessary and everybody is welcome.
