About Angelika
I still remember my very first introduction to yoga in East Germany. The concept of physical postures combined with the breath flowing harmoniously one into another, opened up a whole new world of moving and being for me. The experience of wholeness and stillness after each class was so profound that since then the practice of Yoga has been a constant companion in my life, like my breath.
Once on that journey, I also discovered Meditation and Mindfulness which led me on to many retreats, these included a 2 month silent retreat in Thailand. I believe that there is no way of saying which yoga class or retreat may have shaped my understanding of myself and the world but it rather is the culmination of all those years of practice that has made the difference and continues to enrich my life in every way.
I am passionate about sharing what I have learned with anyone willing to explore the potential of Yoga and Mindfulness. My own journey is still continuing and I am a committed life long student of Yoga and Mindfulness.
As a Yoga Teacher my Mantra is "to inspire" and "to be a stepping stone on your path to happiness".
